World War II
World War II began on September 3rd 1939, two days after Germany invaded Poland. Germany, Italy, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and Japan were the antagonists. The allies were the United States, Great Britain, the Soviet Union, France, Australia, Belguim, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Greece, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, South Africa, Yugoslavia and China. An end to World War II was signed on September 2nd 1945.
