A mammal is a warm-blooded animal that has hair or fur. The female produces milk to feed her young.

One of the world's smallest mammals is the Bumblebee bat of Thailand, weighing about 2 grams. The world's largest mammal is the Blue whale, which can weigh 160,000 kilograms.
