Cabbage Trees
The cabbage tree (Cordyline australis), also known as 'Te kauka' or 'Te rakau' in the Maori language, is endemic to New Zealand. It grows up to 15 m tall. The leaves are sword-shaped, and aout 40 to 90 cm in length.
